Vasiliki beach is located in a large bay on the south side of the island. It is a mainly pebbly beach with shallow waters, ideal for families. It is famous as one of Europe’s top destinations for windsurfing and kitesurfing due to the “Eric” thermal winds. It is fully organized with water sports schools, equipment rentals, taverns, and accommodation.
